PUMP PERFORMANCE

NB. Pumping performance depends very much on the characteristics of the product being used. As a guide only, heights of 6 floors and 100 metres of line are routinely addressed in the cement rendering industry. Heights of 12 floors are achieved using steel vertical lines and a good quality mix design is employed.

2. 30mm stainless steel Spray gun complete with 5m x 32mm whip hose, taper fitting to suit 38mm delivery line, body belt and associated quick release attachments, (enabling movement of material hose whilst not interfering with two handed operation of spray gun)
   
   Note: Option 1 & 2 use the same gun head. Therefore if range of work justifies it is more economical to combine both gun types when procuring.
   
3. Remote on/off control by gun head fitted valve

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

1. 90 degree slab injector with expandable locking seal sleeve.
2. Inline tube clamping injector – special order to suit requisite diameters of tubing.
3. Inline analogue pressure gauge including air injection valve. (Highly recommended)
4. Pressure sensing electronic transmitter and associated readout and set point control box.
   • Remote readout as required to 500 metres.
   • Auto dump to agitator, or pump “off” at set point option.
     
5. Independent suspension in lieu of solid axle. (Highly recommended for high speed or rough road travelling)
